I’ve been looking into natural supplements recently and came across some discussions about shilajit. From what I understand, people often talk about shilajit benefits for men in terms of energy, stamina, and overall wellness.
That said, I’m more interested in real experiences than general claims. Has anyone here actually tried it and noticed a difference in day-to-day energy, focus, or recovery?
Also, are there any downsides or things to be careful about before starting?
